Abstract
The integration of ChatGPT, a large language model and generative AI tool, into education has sparked controversy within the academic community. While some view it as a potential tool for revolutionizing learning, others express concerns about academic integrity and its impact on students' independent thinking. This study aims to address the gap in research regarding the factors influencing ChatGPT usage in education and its impact on students' learning outcomes. Through the development of an integrated model based on students' perspectives, the study seeks to provide insights for educators, AI developers, and policymakers on effectively leveraging ChatGPT in academia.
